3. Basti: This therapy involves the infusion of medicated oils, ghee, or decoctions into the rectum to eliminate toxins from the large intestine. It helps remove accumulated fecal matter and balances Vata dosha in the body, thus providing relief from constipation, arthritis, and sciatica pain. The procedure requires a specialized enema kit that can be administered either by oneself or under medical supervision.

4. Nasya: In this therapy, herbal medicines are administered through nasal passages to cleanse and balance Kapha dosha in the head region. It relieves headaches, sinusitis, allergies while enhancing memory & concentration levels as it stimulates brain cells.
