Narcos: A Tale of Power, Greed, and Redemption
Narcos is a Netflix original series that tells the story of the rise and fall of Pablo Escobar, one of the most notorious drug lords in history. The show takes us on a journey through Colombia’s violent and deadly drug wars in the 1980s and 1990s.

Murphy says “I think I finally understand something…what happened here [in Colombia] will happen again…somewhere else…some time soon.” Despite being disillusioned with the drug war and its toll on human life, he still holds out hope that there are people like Peña who will continue to fight against injustice.
