Workplace Harassment in Baseball: It’s Time for Change
The #MeToo movement has brought to light the prevalence of workplace harassment across various industries, including sports. Baseball, a sport that prides itself on tradition and respect, is not immune to this issue.

Players also play a vital role in setting an example of respectful behavior towards their teammates and others they come into contact with within the industry. They should speak out against any form of harassment they witness or experience themselves.
