Cumulus clouds are fluffy white clouds often associated with fair weather, while stratus clouds appear as thick blankets covering the sky and usually bring overcast conditions. Cirrus clouds are thin wispy clouds found at high altitudes and signal changes in the weather.
Precipitation Patterns:
Precipitation is any form of water – liquid or solid – falling from the atmosphere to the Earth’s surface. It includes rain, snow, sleet, hail, drizzle, and freezing rain.
