Improve Your Posture, Improve Your Golf Game: A Guide to Proper Alignment on the Course

Posture is a crucial element in golf, as it can significantly affect your swing and overall performance. The correct posture not only helps you to hit the ball further but also reduces the risk of injury. As J.K. To achieve good posture while playing golf, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Bend at your hips so that your back remains straight and parallel to the ground. Your knees should be slightly flexed but not locked. Keep a slight bend in your elbows while holding the club.

When addressing the ball, make sure that it’s positioned in line with the center of your stance. Your arms should hang naturally below your shoulders with hands resting comfortably on top of each other on the grip of the club.
