Physical Decline: A Natural Part of Aging

While physical decline is a natural part of aging, there are steps that individuals can take to help slow down this process. Regular exercise focusing on resistance training and weight-bearing exercises has been shown to help maintain muscle mass and improve bone density. Maintaining a healthy diet rich in protein and vitamins D & B12 can also help support muscle health.

Ultimately, while physical decline may be inevitable for us all at some point, making healthy lifestyle choices throughout life can help minimize its impact on overall quality of life as we age.
